Responsibilities:

• Lead climbing instruction sessions for climbers of all skill levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with equipment rental, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a safe climbing environment by enforcing gym rules and safety protocols.
• Assist with gym operations, including cleaning and organizing equipment, restocking supplies, and other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to the overall success of the gym by participating in promotional events, member engagement activities, and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of climbing techniques, equipment, and safety procedures a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits:

• $9-11/hr starting wage based on experience for standard staff position.
